Examples of projects where we have carried out technical consulting work

• NSW Department of Lands - Enterprise Image Registry   A major system to store, search for, view, navigate around and print millions of images. This involved business analysis, technical design and project management.
• NSW Department of Lands - Electronic File Delivery   A redevelopment of DOL's electronic file delivery system which provides land-related information to hundreds of organisations. We were documented the existing system and presented a technical strategy to replace it.
• Dynamix - Order King   An extranet for the clients of this advertising company to order point-of-sale products. The system also enables fulfilment and stock control. We designed and built the system.
• Department of Planning - BASIX   A 3 year project in which we carried out business analysis and technical project management activities. This project was monitored at ministerial level.
• Audi - corporate web-site   We carried out the business analysis, the technical specification and project management for this business-critical web-site.
• Audi - online training web-site   An online testing web-site allowing Audi to set up timed tests taken by mechanics as part of their training. We wrote the technical specification.
• Audi - Quattro Shop   An eCommerce system for customers to purchase Audi merchandise. We wrote the technical specification.
• Kids Helpline - corporate web-site   A set of three corporate web-sites with the visual and technical designs by members of Turtle Technology.
• Kids Helpline - online counselling   We did the business analysis, project management and technical specification for this one-to-one real-time counselling service.
• NSW Rape Crisis Centre - case management and online counselling   We did the business analysis, project management and technical specification for another implementation of the counselling service.
• Channel Nine - electronic programme guide   Programming for this client-server system which is broadcast on digital TV in Australia.
• Massmedia - MassProperty   A technical design was produced for this SMS estate agency tool.
• Massmedia - time recording system   A technical design was produced for this system that allows consultants' hours to be recorded for billing purposes.
• Massmedia - task tracking   A technical design was produced for a tool to track faults and change requests in building software applications.
• Massmedia - recruitment managment   A technical design was produced for an application to allow candidates to apply for jobs and for interviews and feedback to be managed.
• Rightmove - property portal   One of the UK's busiest web-sites. We worked primarily on the database aspects of the technical specification.
• British Airways - recruitment web-site   Programming for this web-site.
• Janes Information Group - editorial system   Business analysis and programming to design and build an editorial system to allow easy publication of directories on various media.
• Thomson Financial Services - Acquisitions Monthly editorial system   Business analysis and programming to design and build an editorial system to help them to publish their periodical.
• UBS Warburg - Company Comparisons   Programming for a client-server system to help analysts to value companies.
• Toplis & Harding - loss register   A national distributed computer system to help this loss adjustor to manage insurance claims. Programming work was carried out.
