This multi award winning web application allows property developers and architects to enter detailed information on their proposed developments so that they can be scored on environmental criteria. Details of the design that affect water usage, energy usage and thermal comfort are input for detached dwellings and for multi-unit developments. Each of the three categories is scored and pass marks must be attained in order to proceed with the development. A detailed report is produced and submitted with the planning application.

The architecture includes: JavaScript, JSP, Java, SQL Server and J-Integra.
