Case management and online counselling
NSW Rape Crisis Centre needed a robust online counselling application to supplement their call centre.
They also wished to move from a paper based case management system to an electronic system.
A cross-browser/platform online counselling solution was customised and installed, the case management was designed and the build was managed using a traditional waterfall methodology.
The architecture includes: ASP, Java applets and SQL Server.
Business analysis and project management skills:
- A set of prioritised business requirements were produced from a series of interviews
- Wire-frames were created for the screen layouts
- A non-functional prototype was produced
- A functional specification formalised the screens
- The build of the web-site was managed and went live on time
